Hello Everyone!

Next week is vacation week! I hope everyone has a fun and/or relaxing vacation!

Our book of poetry for this week is dear world by Takayo Noda. It’s full of adorable poems about observing the world, so it’s great for Earth Day!

For this week’s story time, we read 4 books, including Dooby Dooby Moo, by Doreen Cronin, and I almost broke my voice trying to sing as farm animals. We also had coloring pages available, and there are some left over in the children’s room if anyone wants them! Join us next week at 10:15 am for more stories!

Earth Day is this Monday! For our last Earth Day Challenge, go for a walk out in nature. Listen to the animals. Look at everything around you. Just enjoy yourself and celebrate all the wonderful things nature does for us!

Hope to see you at the library,

Kaitlyn Gable
