Jerrica Blackey, Director
Jerrica has been at New Hampton School for more than 15 years. She has several degrees including a Master in Library Science. She is the school archivist, teacher, and Library Director. She also is the Curator for the New Hampton Historical Society and has a home bookbinding studio.
Kent Bicknell, Curator of Special Collections
Throughout childhood, Kent loved using the library as he lived right next door. In 1973 he helped found Sant Bani School, ran it for 44 years, and retired to our Main Street (next door once again). He is the library’s Curator of Special Collections, president of the New Hampton Historical Society, and an independent scholar.
Cath Smith, Childrens Program Coordinator
Cath earned her master’s degree and worked in a history museum in New Orleans for three years. In 2014, she moved to the New Hampton School with her art teacher husband, Charlie, and welcomed two children. Now that her children are both in school she is excited to run the Children’s Program at Gordon-Nash Library and share her love of reading and crafting!
