Book Club: The Gordon-Nash Library Book Club for adults meets once a month from 6pm to 7pm (Our hours are still 9am-6pm, but in order to accommodate as many people as possible, we will meet after hours). If you would like to learn more, please call/email the library.

Free audiobooks, eBooks, and magazines with Libby

Using the “Libby” app is like having the library in your back pocket and it’s FREE!! We subscribe so you can access ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines. Simply download the app on your device using your library card number. As long as your library card is active, you have access. Call the library if you have questions.

Open Mic Poetry and Prose Reading: Hello poets, writers, musicians, magicians, comedians, and artists of all kinds. Open Mic Poetry and Prose has returned to the Gordon-Nash Library. We hope you can join us either in the audience or in front of the audience. All are welcome. Open Mic Poetry and Prose will be the first Wednesday of each month at 2 PM. Let’s share our talents and enjoy ourselves in the spirit of community! RSVP Eileen at ecurrankondrad@gmail.com.

Yoga with Abby: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am, join Abby for an hour of yoga in our multi-purpose room. Drop-in for $12 or register for $10. This is a vinyasa-style class that offers a dynamic flow through sequencing to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect a slow to moderate pace with space to explore your mind/body/breath awareness. You will leave the class with renewed energy to start your day. Suitable for all levels. Starting October 21, 2025, Yoga will be on Tuesdays and FRIDAYs while Abby is on maternity leave with instructors Lisa and Shannon. Yoga will resume in the spring with Abby.

New Hampton Historical Society: Visit the Society’s website here to see the upcoming programs. During the summer months visit the museum on Saturdays for local history and attend one of their programs at the Gordon-Nash Library.

Tai Chi with Viki: No longer available at the library, however Viki offers classes in her studio. All ages and abilities welcome. For more information, contact Viki at 603-968-9017 or vikikiman@msn.com.
