Our Yoga Instructor Shannon

Shannon is a trained RYT 200 Hour Yoga Instructor and Piyo Instructor.

She has worked with adults, children, athletes and seniors throughout her practice.

Her classes are gentle and compassionate, understanding that yoga benefits the student only when the student is allowed to practice with authenticity.

Classes include stretching, strengthening, and meditation, connecting Mind Body and Spirit.
Come and put aside busy lives and everyday stresses.

Yoga on Tuesdays & Thursdays With Shannon 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

A good exercise for both mind and body – Yoga! Excellent for all ages led by an experienced instructor in the mornings.
