Through the generosity of Stephen Gordon-Nash, the Gordon-Nash Library first opened to the public in 1896. Since that time it has been a thriving hub of community life in the Town of New Hampton and remains one of the few privately funded public libraries in the State of New Hampshire. After an energizing planning session the Board and the Libraries’ Director wish to gather input about the future of the library and how we may best meet the needs of our patrons well into the future.
